Hello there! Before transitioning to product design I spent the last decade in the customer service industry and have experience working with people from various backgrounds. Through my experience, I've learned different techniques to consistently receive high marks and solve unique problems. Paying attention, keeping the conversation going, speaking clearly, and being empathetic are just a few hallmarks of my communication style. My customers are always satisfied with my results, And because I have people and product design skills, I can create something that everyone can enjoy and love.
